Rose Senior Living - Maintenance Assistant (As Needed)

Rose Senior Living is looking for a short-term part-time maintenance assistant to focus on floor cleaning and upkeep. Other related duties would be:

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs
  2. Receive service requests and response in a timely manner.
  3. Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor.
  4. Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor.
  5. Perform minor building and equipment repairs.
  6. Complete all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
  7. Assist, during winter, with snow removal efforts as necessary.
  8. Maintain cleanliness of fountains, pumping and filtration system, where appropriate.
  9. Perform maintenance on irrigation system (valves, timers and nozzles).
  10. Perform routine maintenance on all vehicles when assigned.
  11. Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition

Base Pay Rate: $18-$21/ hour based on experience
