Job Summary

Haresh Properties Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician to assist with general maintenance and upkeep across several commercial and residential properties in the Valparaiso and Chesterton area.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping properties looking their best, and can work independently to complete a variety of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • General handyman and maintenance work
  • Yard work and landscaping upkeep
  • Painting and touch-up work
  • Drywall patching and minor repairs
  • Changing air filters and performing routine maintenance
  • Cleaning and property upkeep
  • Troubleshooting and fixing minor issues
  • Climbing ladders and working in various environments
  • Assisting with miscellaneous projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience with basic hand and power tools
