A successful Handyman candidate will have good overall knowledge of all trades:
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Tile
  • Electrical

Proper Equipment:
Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker and able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution promptly and professionally.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers.
Presentable:
  • Clean-Cut appearance
