Handyman / Handywoman / Home Services Technician

Location: Indianapolis North & West
Company: TruBlue Home Service Ally
Employment Type: Full-Time


TruBlue of Indy North is hiring motivated, professional Lead Handymen / Home Service Technicians with experience across multiple trades. We have consistent, year-round work and are looking for skilled craftsmen who take pride in quality workmanship and customer service.

Our mission is to help homeowners maintain the safety, functionality, and value of their homes through reliable handyman services, home assessments, and ongoing maintenance solutions.

In this role, you’ll start as a hands-on technician and, after proving yourself, lead a group of technicians who will report directly to you.


Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of residential handyman services, including:
  • Carpentry
  • Tiling & flooring
  • Painting
  • Drywall repair
  • Light plumbing and electrical work
  • Conduct home assessments and assist with project estimates when needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer-facing demeanor
  • Lead and support technicians as you grow into a leadership role
  • Ensure all work meets TruBlue quality and safety standards


Requirements

  • 3+ years of skilled handyman experience
  • Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
  • Own a standard set of tools
  • Own your own work truck
