What You'll Do:


Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)

Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards

Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism

Handle project paperwork and scope approvals

While this role does not manage people-it leads jobs and ensures successful completion


What It Takes:


Valid driver's license + clean driving record

Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments

2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred

Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel


Preferred Qualifications:


IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation

Xactimate experience

A track record of successful community engagement and outreach 

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

What is a Hybrid Pay Structure? In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates-Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour.
