Job description

We are a growing personal services home care agency seeking a motivated Community Liaison to help expand our client base. This is a commission-based 1099 contractor role ideal for someone with strong local connections and a passion for helping others access quality home care.

What You’ll Do:

- Generate referrals and recruit new home care clients

- Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and social workers

- Promote our home care services within the local Indiana community

- Maintain and grow a network of referral sources

- Track and report successful client admissions
