About Us
Revolution Fence Company (RFC) is a growing fence company focused on residential, commercial, and rental fencing. We are building systems and expanding our commercial division this role is key to that growth.
Weโ€™ve built a strong, loyal team and a positive, high-accountability culture, and we are looking for someone who will add to not take away from what weโ€™re building.
Position Overview
The Commercial Estimator will be responsible for developing, pricing, and submitting estimates/bids for commercial fence projects while building and maintaining relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop takeoffs, material lists, and pricing for ITBs and RFPs

  • Track, prepare and submit proposals/bids
  • Build and nurture relationships with general contractors and other potential commercial clients
  • Submit RFI's
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at networking and pre-bid meetings.
  • Identify and generate new, high-quality commercial bidding opportunities
  • Review plans and perform takeoffs
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial estimating experience (any trade)

  • Strong ability to read blueprints, site plans, and specifications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and driven to meet goals and grow within the company.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic estimating software or takeoff/bidding portal tools.

Compensation
$70,000 โ€“ $125,000 base (Based on experience)
  • Performance-based commissions/bonuses
