Position Overview

Pardue Distributing is seeking a proactive and personable Field Sales Representative to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This commission-only role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy face-to-face client interaction, building long-term relationships, and selling high-demand janitorial and facility products directly to businesses and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and visit potential B2B clients within your assigned territory
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and consultations
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored supply solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals independently
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and identify upsell opportunities
  • Track sales activity and customer interactions using CRM tools (if applicable)

  • 2+ years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in distribution or facility services
