The term 'Commission Side' typically refers to the part of a business transaction where an individual or entity earns a commission for facilitating a deal, sale, or service. This is common in industries like real estate, finance, and sales, where agents or brokers represent clients and receive a percentage-based fee. The commission side is responsible for negotiating terms, closing transactions, and ensuring both parties fulfill their obligations. Understanding the commission side is crucial for both clients and service providers, as it affects costs, compensation, and the overall structure of the deal.

About Us

Talented Medical Solutions is a Joint Commission-certified, minority-owned healthcare staffing agency founded by a nurse. We specialize in delivering high-quality staffing solutions across Locum Tenens, Advanced Practice, Nursing, and Allied Health nationwide.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced 360 Healthcare Recruiters who can manage a full desk — from business development to candidate placement — across multiple verticals including:

  • Locum Tenens (Physicians)

  • Advanced Practice (NPs, PAs, CRNAs)

  • Travel Nursing

This role is ideal for recruiters who are versatile, driven, and confident managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, while maximizing earnings through a high commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run a full 360 recruitment desk (business development + recruiting)

  • Source, recruit, and place candidates across Locum, Advanced Practice, Nursing, and Allied

  • Build and maintain relationships with both clients and healthcare professionals

  • Understand and negotiate travel packages, bill rates, and margins

  • Manage submittals, placements, and pipeline activity

  • Collaborate on onboarding, credentialing, and compliance

  • Drive consistent placements and revenue growth

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience

  • Experience working a 360 desk (client + candidate side) preferred

  • Exposure to Locum Tenens, Advanced Practice, Nursing, or Allied Health

  • Understanding of travel pay packages, margins, and negotiations

  • Strong communication, sales, and closing skills

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven

Who We’re Looking For

  • Recruiters who are flexible and able to work across multiple verticals

  • Individuals willing to learn, grow, and expand their skillset

  • Professionals who are committed, disciplined, and serious about building a desk

  • Those who prefer uncapped earning potential over a fixed salary

Compensation & Structure

  • Up to 40% Gross Margin Commission (Uncapped)

  • Fully remote, flexible work environment

  • Build and manage your own desk

  • Work alongside a supportive, growth-focused team

Important Note

This is a commission-based role designed for individuals who are financially prepared for a ramp-up period and are motivated by long-term earning potential.
