Filtration automation INC, A division of Middleby Food Processing and Packaging, is a manufacturer of safe, environmentally friendly, and globally accepted hot cooking oil filtration systems.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative equipment to clients in the food industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.


As part of the FA Field Sales team, you will:

Participate in customer development and marketing of products.

Manage Day-to-day sales and customer relationship responsibilities for the territory.

Utilize excellent customer relations and communication skills to Drive growth through front line sales

Generate sales growth across core and strategic product lines.

Maintain the “line of sight” between individual sales results and rewards.

Motivate colleagues and customers to take actions that maximize growth opportunities.

Work with customers to develop project paybacks and justifications.

Complete required administration work and reporting on as specified.

Build internal relationships to achieve proper support required to complete your responsibilities.

Always be ethical when conducting business internally and externally.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Or equivalent Experience)

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the food processing equipment manufacturing industry

- Strong knowledge of the food processing industry and its equipment requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment

- Willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally

- Valid driver's license
