Restaurant Solutions Partners, Inc, (RSP) is a National Distribution company and an
authorized distribution partner for Beyond Oil in the US. RSP offers an Oil
Treatment Program (OTP) for Restaurants that removes all of the toxins,
carcinogens and degraded materials from frying oil extending the cooking life and
providing a healthier, higher quality product to the consumer.
About the role Help launch and grow the RSP Oil Treatment Program in your
market. As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll prospect, run the full sales cycle, and
close new business with independent restaurants and sub-100-location groups.
This is a true hunter role with uncapped commission potential plus residuals as
your customer base grows, supported by training, sales collateral, and coaching.

What you’ll do
Own the full sales cycle: research, outreach, discovery, demos, proposals,
and close
Target and win independent operators and under-100-unit groups; build a
steady pipeline
Present a clear ROI/business case aligned to operators’ cost, quality, and
operational goals
Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline, and weekly activity/forecast updates
Coordinate smooth onboarding for new customers and support early
adoption
Represent the program at local industry events and select regional
opportunities (as needed)
What you’ll bring
2+ years of B2B field sales experience in foodservice, restaurant
supplies/tech, distribution, or related
Documented success prospecting and closing SMB and multi-location
operators under 100 units
Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-starter with disciplined pipeline management and follow-through
Excellent communication; confident leading demos and operator
conversations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel (occasional
regional travel possible)
Compensation and incentives
1099 independent contractor role; commission-only with no cap
Commission paid on new account wins; residual income based on monthly
case growth

Field-based, flexible schedule aligned to operator availability (some early
mornings/late afternoons)
Home office for prospecting, follow-ups, and virtual demos; in-market
meetings as needed
