Location: Houston, PA

Premium Oilfield Technologies is seeking a Field Service & Sales Technician to join our team. This hybrid role blends hands-on technical field support with customer service and sales engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a customer-first mindset, and a desire to drive business success.
What You'll Do:
  • Support the preparation and delivery of RCD (Rotating Control Device) equipment for field deployment.
  • Deliver and install RCD systems on-site, ensuring accurate documentation of serial and asset numbers.
  • Conduct equipment checks, inventory assessments, and ticket verification at the wellsite.
  • Provide training to rig crews on RCD operations, installation of sealing elements, and routine maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Serve as a technical resource for customer inquiries and on-site challenges.
  • Prepare incident reports and provide timely feedback following service calls or equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and promote additional products and services.
  • Demonstrate new technologies or system upgrades to potential and existing clients.
  • Occasionally work as a pressure control operator on MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling) operations.
What You Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in oilfield services
  • Strong working knowledge of RCDs, pressure control systems, and MPD software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems to clients and crew members
  • Proven ability to build rapport with customers and identify upselling opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, safety-focused attitude
  • Ability to travel and work in various field environments, including exposure to extreme weather conditions
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed on job sites
  • Able to stand, walk, reach, and use hands frequently
  • Comfortable working in office and outdoor field environments, including adverse weather conditions
