Flexible Side Gig Companion Support (Kennett / Avondale Area)

We are seeking a calm, reliable person to provide companionship and supervision for adults with autism in the Kennett / Avondale area. This role may include supporting one or more individuals at different times depending on need. Always 1:1 work, just different clients at different times.
This is a low-stress position focused on presence, safety, and companionship no hands-on personal care required.

Schedule:
Flexible, as-needed hours including some evenings (59 PM) and occasional weekend daytime or evening hours, flexible. Accept shifts when youre available.
Responsibilities:
Provide calm companionship and supervision
Spend quiet time together at home
Occasionally go on simple community outings (parks, YMCA...)
Pay:
$22/hour for companion support
Higher rate for community outings * Mileage paid at the federal rate if you are taking client out

Qualifications:
Experience with autism or developmental disabilities required
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Ability to pass PA background checks and drug screen
