Guardian Angel Restoration is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Repair Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for inspecting property damage, preparing estimates, coordinating repairs, and managing projects from start to finish — ensuring quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to communicate effectively with homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect residential and commercial properties for damage
  • Write accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate software
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers throughout the project
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and job timelines
  • Monitor project progress and ensure quality workmanship
  • Maintain job documentation, photos, and project notes
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Conduct final walkthroughs with customers upon project completion

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, restoration, or insurance estimating
  • Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial repairs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions
