We are seeking experienced Punch/Make Ready Technicians to join our team in Hammond, Indiana!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Perform minor and routine maintenance repairs.
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy, such as general cleaning.
  • Interior Painting, used routinely in this position.
  • Maintain organization of the maintenance shop.
  • Retain accurate records of repairs and punches.
  • General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
  • Assist in snow removal as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3-5 years prior experience or relevant experience
  • Advanced paint, advanced drywall, advanced luxury vinyl tile, advanced organizational skills, advanced time management skills, advanced cabinet, intermediate electrical, intermediate appliances, intermediate HVAC, intermediate computer, and intermediate carpentry
  • Drivers License and valid car insurance
  • Personal, reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred
  • Service mentality and a thirst for learning
  • Positive Can-Do Attitude
  • Excellent Attendance

Job Type:

Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
