    • Collecting Unconditional Releases from Subcontractors
  • Maintain Subcontractor Portfolios
    • Collecting W9's
    • Collecting Certificate of Insurances
      • Auto
      • General Liability
      • Workers Compensation
    • Collecting Licenses
  • Updated Credit Card Charges on QuickBooks
    • Reaching out to Project Managers & Site Superintendents for Receipts
    • Allocating Credit Card Charges in Dropbox/Procore Expense Report
  • Dropbox/Procore
    • Maintaining each Project is in the Correct Folder Format
    • Main Folder Responsibilities will be:
      • Construction Invoices Folder
      • Construction Work Authorizations Folder
      • Subcontractor Folder
