Job description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a part-time onsite contract role supporting accounts and invoicing operations at a beauty company headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.
Rate: $22/hr on W2
**Role Overview**
This role supports invoice processing, data entry, ERP system management, and payment processing via Bill.com. This is an English-language role - Korean bilingual not required. Part-time at 28 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
**Key Responsibilities**
- File and collect invoices
- Submit invoices within the ERP system
- Accurately enter invoice data into the system
- Manage and process payments using Bill.com
- Support general administrative tasks
**Requirements**
- 2-4 years of administrative experience with accounts and invoicing knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Concur, or similar accounting software)
- Familiarity with Bill.com
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Based near Los Angeles - must report onsite
