What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Part Time Epic Analyst, and why are they important?

To excel as a Part Time Epic Analyst, you need a solid understanding of healthcare workflows, experience with the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system, and often a relevant bachelor’s degree or Epic certification. Familiarity with Epic modules, reporting tools, and database systems like SQL is essential for system configuration and troubleshooting. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work independently are important soft skills for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
