We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

About the Position

As a BCBA at Epic Minds Therapy, you will play a key role in creating meaningful change for children and families. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise and mentor RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and client success.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Annual Salary: $110,000 – $130,000

  • Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

  • Flexible scheduling options

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programming

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and family-centered care
