To excel as a Part Time Epic Analyst, you need a solid understanding of healthcare workflows, experience with the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system, and often a relevant bachelor’s degree or Epic certification. Familiarity with Epic modules, reporting tools, and database systems like SQL is essential for system configuration and troubleshooting.
