Job Title: Cleaning Technician


Employment Type: Part-time / 25 hours per week


This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $300, disbursed according to the following schedule: an initial installment after 30 days of employment, a second installment after 3 months, and the remaining balance after 6 months.


Overview:


We are seeking a reliable Part Time Cleaning Technician to join our team at CRM Residential. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning our properties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment for our tenants and visitors. The successful candidate will possess excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for cleanliness. Responsibilities:


Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and other areas of the property according to established cleaning procedures.

Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required.

Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning and inspections.

Notify management of any maintenance or cleaning issues that require attention.

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Other duties as assigned.



Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if required.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
