Job description

Job Details:

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.


Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required. Lifting is required in many areas (weight depends on area.)

These positions work in a cold, damp or hot, humid environment, and these areas may have slippery walking surfaces.

This position is for 1st Shift (generally from 6:45AM to 4:30PM).

30 hours of work maximum

All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history. This facility will not accept applicants that have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times. This facility accepts rehires after 180 days. Tyson reserves the right to require longer waiting periods or not accept rehires based on the reason for dismissal.
