We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator with office experience to join our growing home care agency in West Springfield, MA. This part-time position plays a key role in supporting both our internal team and our caregiving staff by managing human resources functions of our company.
The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, highly organized, and comfortable balancing administrative HR responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities: 
Human Resources Duties: 
  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of caregivers.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Track certifications, licenses, background checks, and required training.
  • Support employee relations, including communication, documentation, and policy adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with home care and labor regulations.
