An Overnight Federal Government job refers to a position within a federal agency that requires employees to work overnight shifts, typically outside of standard business hours. These roles are common in agencies that provide 24/7 services, such as law enforcement, emergency management, transportation, and security. Responsibilities vary by position but often involve monitoring operations, responding to emergencies, or ensuring public safety during nighttime hours. Employees in these roles may receive night differential pay and must be able to work non-traditional schedules, including weekends and holidays.
