What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

Outside sales representatives can earn $4,000 or more per week through commissions and bonuses, especially in high-value industries like real estate, insurance, or industrial equipment sales. Success in these roles depends on strong sales skills, a good network, and often a flexible schedule, with some positions offering substantial earning potential without requiring a college degree.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Outside Sales Representative, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Outside Sales Representative, you need strong sales acumen, negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in prospecting and closing deals, often supported by a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and proficiency in using mobile sales tools are typically required. Exceptional interpersonal skills, resilience, and self-motivation help you build lasting client relationships and handle rejection. These skills are crucial for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and driving business growth in a competitive environment.

What does an outside sales representative do?

An outside sales representative is responsible for selling products or services directly to customers outside of a company’s physical location, often through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and networking. They typically travel to client sites, build relationships, and meet sales targets using skills like communication and negotiation. This role often requires a valid driver’s license and a flexible schedule.

An outside sales representative sells products or services to companies, medical facilities, schools, and other organizations. Outside Sales Representatives often encounter challenges such as managing a fluctuating schedule, meeting ambitious sales targets, and building relationships with clients in competitive markets. Job description

Motivated sales professionals don’t need much to succeed. Great products, a supportive and close-knit atmosphere, and the right market is all they need. We're Somerled Seafood (http://www.somerledseafood.com/) , and we want to give you this opportunity. We’re a fish and seafood wholesaler/distribution company committed to serving fresh, and frozen products. We supply fresh and frozen fish and other sea food to restaurants, supermarkets, reception halls, caterers, and more. We’ve been in business for 46 years and have built a strong reputation for fresh foods, personalized service, and great value. We’re growing, and thanks to this demand we’re now looking for an exceptional sales person to work out of our Montreal location. That’s where you come in. Outside Sales Representative: As our new Outside Sales Representative, you’ll generate leads, work with existing customers, and expand our clientele. Using your expertise in sales, you’ll generate a new cohort of partners who rely on our exceptional products. A major part of this role will involve travelling and meeting with potential buyers throughout the Greater Montreal area. After you develop a detailed knowledge of our industry and products, you’ll find ways to match our offerings with potential clients (restaurants, grocers, etc.), and develop strong business relationships built on trust and mutual benefit. The best in this role will do more than meet sales targets: they’ll impress potential buyers with their expertise, build rapport, and make a lasting impression whether they decide to buy or not. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you are: * Entrepreneurial – you take pride in finding and developing business. You know how to mesh your personality with company branding to bring in new leads and sales. * Personable – A huge part of making sales is making friends and building strong relationships. You know how to connect with people, develop trust, and find deals where everyone benefits.   * Curious – you love getting to know new people, figuring out their needs, and finding out how our business can support them. You learn products and industries quickly. If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to meet you! Working at Somerled Seafood: This is a full-time, permanent position with 40+ hours per week, from Monday to Saturday. There will be flexibility in terms of scheduling, depending on your preferences as well as on the business needs. You’ll earn a base salary of $40,000 per year to start, plus commission, which will vary depending on your ability to meet sales targets. In addition to this, you’ll also enjoy: * A comprehensive benefits package * Paid vacation * Discounts on our products * Travel compensation * Cell phone and computer provided The secret to our success is our hard-working team. We’re passionate about fish, seafood, and our local customers. We care deeply about finding the right people to fill our roles, because when our employees are happy, then our customers are happy too. If we can make this easier through accommodation in the recruitment process, please contact us using the “Help” button.  We will review applications, with priority given to those who have completed the assessment, and look forward to hearing from you.
