What we’re looking for in you:

  • A competitive driver who enjoys meeting and exceeding medical device sales objectives for the territory.
  • Represent Foundation, an independent regional agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, by educating and informing an audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Communicate with current and new customer accounts.
  • Identify and implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies.
  • Work with Sales Manager by receiving coaching, training, and mentoring.
  • Transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and to Sales Associates when needed.
  • Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications.
  • Participate in and attend sales meetings, local labs and off-site training.
  • Uphold the mission of Arthrex and Foundation Medical by "Helping surgeons treat their patients better™".
  • Manage caseloads based on surgery schedules with varying hours.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in the orthopedic medical device industry is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable in surgery/operating room environments
  • Excellent communication including public speaking and presentation, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel within your territory on a regular basis up to 150 miles a day, and within the state as needed.
