ABOUT THE ROLEย 
The Process Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, Customer Value Centre and Truck Modal Distribution supports business process and reporting for our Western Canada Cement Distribution Operations throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest United States with a focus on Supply Chain.


WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Documenting all critical processes and requirements.ย 
  • Evaluate current distribution processes to identify improvement strategies and increase efficiency.ย 
  • Ensure business process are executed timely and accurately.
  • Provide input to the development of new processes or requirements.
  • Process ownership and data entry as required.
  • Lead meetings to confirm requirements and establish timelines and work.
  • Collaborate with plant, terminal, distribution and vertically integrated teams to reduce costs.
  • Process and complete a variety of end of day/week/month reports.
  • Provide the Distribution & Commercial Teams with support as needed.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Field of Study Preferred: Finance, Business, Science, or related field.ย 
Required Work Experience: 1-5 years of relevant years of experience in a fast- paced supply chain, manufacturing or production industry.
Required Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially advanced Excel functions. Comprehensive understanding and experience with ERP systems preferably SAP.
Travel Requirements: 10%

Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
