In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience
• Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud technology
• Experience in Sales & Operations Planning
• Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes and problem definition.
• Experience in implementation, maintenance and production support.
• Experience production support and maintenance, and different phases of the enhancement project lifecycle for Oracle CX based sales platform.
• Must have functional knowledge in Sales for Automation (SFA) processes
• Must have worked on configuration of Sales Cloud entities like Account, Lead, Opportunity, Partner relationship Management, CDM etc.
• Must be able to identify and plan for customization to meet the customer requirements, define and set up user roles, create lookups, set up currencies, import data etc.
• Must have experience in implementing Fusion Redwood, VBCS
• Must understand the sales processes/technologies and integration of the same with other ERP systems.
• Experience in PoC ideation, creation, and presenting demonstrations to clients.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience with at least 3 green field implementations, with at least one Redwood implementation.
• Experience working in projects with Agile methodology and experience in handling sprint team in lead capacity.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
