Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Consultant/Analyst to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle’s S&OP solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a solid background in Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning modules and a deep understanding of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and operational alignment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align financial goals with supply and demand planning strategies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion S&OP solutions to support integrated business planning processes.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and sales functions to gather requirements and drive planning process improvements.
  • Optimize integration between demand and supply planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze historical data and trends to improve forecast accuracy and develop robust scenario modeling.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics reports within Oracle Cloud.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to promote effective system adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to planning and forecasting systems.
  • Assist in data migration, integration with other Oracle modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement), and system performance tuning.
  • Stay informed on the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases and best practices in S&OP and supply chain planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with strong expertise in S&OP, Demand Management, and Supply Planning modules.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle S&OP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning principles, and inventory optimization.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Planning Central, Demand Management, and Supply Planning.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, analytics, and reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Oracle reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Oracle integrations including FBDI, ADFDI, REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
  • Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning certification is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in high-tech or manufacturing industry sectors.
  • Background in cross-functional planning teams and exposure to enterprise transformation projects.
  • Experience in Bay Area-based organizations or clients.
