Visa: US Citizens, Greencard, Greencard EAD, OPT EAD, H4 EAD (Open to consider genuine H1B holders with great communication skills and technical expertise) Location: Austin, TX - Onsite Interview: Video Role - 4: Job Title: Oracle Cloud PLM Consultant Location: Austin, TX - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote (If interested, please let us know how often you can go to Austin, TX office a month) Length: 6-12 months Start: ASAP Interview: Video Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and client-facing Functional Architect with deep subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Cloud. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor in our client engagements, responsible for leading discovery workshops, analyzing business requirements, and designing robust and scalable solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle Fusion PLM Cloud. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis: Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to product lifecycle management, including Item, Bill of Materials (BOM), Change Management, and Product Data Hub (PDH) processes.
  • Solution Design & Configuration: Translate business requirements into a functional design document. Architect and configure the Oracle Fusion PLM Cloud application to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best-in-class PLM processes and how to optimize their use of the Oracle Cloud platform.
  • Implementation Leadership: Guide the technical team in the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies. Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Sales & Presales Support: Assist in presales activities, including the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants, helping them grow their expertise in Oracle Fusion PLM.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience with Oracle applications, with at least 5 years focused on implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion PLM Cloud.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of core PLM processes, including:
  • Item Management

  • Bill of Materials (BOM) Management
  • Product Data Hub (PDH)
  • Product Development and Innovation Management
