Job description

Position: Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Cloud Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants

Job Summary:

Looking for an Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Cloud Consultant with experience in Oracle Sales Compensation / Incentive Compensation Cloud to support implementation, configuration, and support activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Cloud implementation and support
  • Configure compensation plans, quotas, credits, and payments
  • Work with business users to gather compensation requirements
  • Configure plan components, rate tables, and incentive rules
  • Support compensation calculation and payout process
  • Work with Oracle CX Sales Cloud and ERP integrations
  • Prepare reports and dashboards related to compensation
  • Provide production support and issue resolution

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Cloud
  • Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud / CX Cloud
  • Knowledge of compensation plans and commission calculations
  • Experience in configuration and testing
  • Basic SQL / reporting knowledge
  • Good communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle ERP integration knowledge
  • BI / OTBI Reporting
  • Fast Formula knowledge
  • Implementation experience
