US: Hiring Range in USD from: $144,000 to $284,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for Oracle Technology Cloud solutions within the Civilian sector, identifying key opportunities and aligning Oracle offerings with agency priorities.
  • People Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technology cloud sales professionals, establishing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and sales excellence.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecast accuracy, territory planning, and execution to consistently achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior DHS and Civilian sector decision-makers, contracting officers, and technical stakeholders to understand mission requirements and technology modernization goals.
  • Technology Solution Leadership: Partner with solution engineering, architecture, and product teams to position Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Technology Cloud solutions that address security, compliance, performance, and mission-critical requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, legal, contracting, and delivery teams to support proposals, RFP/RFI responses, negotiations, and successful customer outcomes.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed on DHS / Civilian priorities, budgets, modernization initiatives, cloud adoption trends, and competitive market dynamics.
 Qualifications / Experience
  • 5+ years of technology sales management experience, preferably focused on cloud infrastructure, platform, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience working with U.S. federal government clients, preferably within DHS / Civilian or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams in complex, regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to build and execute strategic sales plans while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong track record of driving team performance, talent development, and business growth within highly regulated markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Deep understanding of Federal procurement processes, contract vehicles (e.g., GSA schedules, IDIQs), and compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise technology solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Technology Cloud offerings preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required (e.g., Secret or Top Secret).
  • Strategic thinker, results-driven, adaptable to changing priorities, and comfortable navigating complex organizational structures.
