We are looking for a Operations Support Specialist to join our Group support our teams in driving World Class Excellence within our Level+Pressure Production Center. Within Level+Pressure, we utilize state-of-the-art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to ensure the quality of the instrumentation produced, as well as the safety of employees and the environment.
What is the role about?
This position is responsible for partnering with the Level+Pressure Operations departments to provide proactive business assistance. This position blends data analysis with opportunities to connect with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Are you an detail-oriented, organized individual who enjoys having each day different from the last? Do you enjoy improving processes and open to giving and receiving feedback? If so, the Operations Support Specialist role might be for you! We're looking for a courageous individual who excels at self-management and working in teams with a high quality and friendly approach.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
  • Provide operational & administrative support to Pre-Production, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Facilities.
  • Compile, visualize, and report information and data.
  • Operate with a continuous improvement, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Function as a communication conduit between the shopfloor and leadership
  • Construct and appropriately distribute effective, accurate, and timely communication.
  • Serve on Events Team
