Full-Time Support Manager - Marketplace | $20-$22/hr

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? We're looking for a polished, organized, and trend-aware Support Manager to help lead our boutique marketplace team. In this full-time role, you'll keep daily operations running smoothly, support and develop team members, and create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience for every customer.

  • Build and manage weekly schedules that keep the floor covered during peak traffic times.
  • Lead daily floor operations, support retail specialists and associates, and help resolve elevated customer needs.
  • Maintain a polished, curated sales floor by supporting visual merchandising standards and operational flow.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, support inventory counts, and help ensure accuracy across daily operations.

How You'll Lead

  • Train and onboard new retail associates so they feel confident, prepared, and connected to the team.
  • Share product knowledge and seasonal updates to help the team deliver informed, personalized service.
  • Coach team members on styling, customer engagement, CRM usage, POS systems, and loss prevention practices.
  • Create a positive, accountable team culture through clear communication, feedback, and hands-on support.

What We're Looking For

  • Retail leadership experience: 2+ years in retail management, floor leadership, or a team lead role.
  • Strong operational skills: Comfortable managing schedules, priorities, inventory details, and shifting floor needs.
  • Tech confidence: Experience with POS systems, scheduling tools, and customer relationship management platforms.
  • People-first communication: Able to give clear direction, coach in the moment, and handle customer or team concerns with professionalism.
  • Schedule flexibility: Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak evening hours as business needs require.
