Job description

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by providing hands-on administrative and operational support to the production department. You will partner closely with Operations leadership and cross-functional teams including Human Resources, Finance, Maintenance, and Training to support workforce planning, production reporting, timekeeping, training compliance, and financial administrative activities. Your work will directly support plant safety, efficiency, uptime, and cost performance.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to plan and schedule daily workforce coverage that meets production needs while aligning with labor agreements and company policies.
  • Partner with supervisors to maintain proper staffing levels and skill coverage across all shifts.
  • Close out daily process orders for all dinner lines accurately and on time to support reliable production reporting.
  • Reconcile daily product staging area activity, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings to appropriate partners.
  • Maintain and manage production job activities and required documentation to support operational accuracy and compliance.
  • Review employee timecards daily, identifying accuracy or compliance concerns and communicating issues to supervisors prior to weekly approvals.
  • Track completion of required plant and job-specific training, partnering with Training and Human Resources as needed.
  • Support Finance with period, quarter, and year-end close activities by providing accurate and timely operational data.
  • Purchase production supplies while ensuring quality, cost effectiveness, and use of approved vendors.
  • Track purchase orders and invoices in alignment with site procedures.
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to team success by supporting additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One or more years of administrative support experience in a large-scale manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Experience communicating clearly and effectively with employees and cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and enterprise resource planning systems.

Compensation
Pay Range:$44,000-$57,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
