Job Title: Operations Support Manager
Celebree School of Cross Creek Ranch
Location: 6511 Skyline Dr. Suite #150, Fulshear, TX 77441
Celebree School of Cross Creek Ranch is a brand new, state-of-the-art early childhood education center serving infants through school-age children in the heart of Fulshear, TX. We are a faith-and-family-oriented school committed to safety, trust, real learning, and whole-family support. We are growing fast and looking for exceptional leaders to grow with us.
The Operations Support Manager plays a critical leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Celebree School of Cross Creek Ranch. This individual is a dynamic, courageous leader who builds talent, upholds brand standards, and drives operational excellence all while keeping the parent and child experience at the center of every decision. This role reports directly to the School Director and Owners.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or operations management role, preferably in early childhood education, hospitality.

  • Passion for children, families, and early education
  • Must pass all required background checks per Texas DFPS and Celebree standards
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
