Field Support AnalystDeliver Exceptional IT Support in a Dynamic Enterprise Environment
We're seeking a customer-focused Field Support Analyst to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for enterprise users. In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support office technology, manage IT tickets, and help ensure seamless day-to-day technology operations. If you enjoy solving technical problems while delivering outstanding customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your IT career.
Location: New York City, NY (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, and support desktop hardware, software, and office technology.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, diagrams, and support materials.
  • Research technical issues and collaborate with business and IT teams to identify solutions.
  • Support documentation standards and contribute to process improvements.
  • Assist application development teams with technical requests as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service level expectations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and up to 3 years of relevant IT support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of related experience.
  • Experience providing desktop, hardware, and software support in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, remote management tools, and incident/request management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Apple iOS devices.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and knowledge management.
  • Experience working within enterprise IT support or service desk environments.
