What You'll Experience:

In our well-established OMT program, you will engage in a training curriculum that encompasses hands-on technical training and leadership development, as well as professional growth opportunities. We empower our trainees to apply their knowledge and problem-solving skills to real ongoing facility projects, making a meaningful impact in our workplace each day.

What We're Looking For:

  • A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation Engineering, Operations Management, or other related technical fields.
  • Co-op or internship experience is much preferred but not required.
