Operations Management Trainee Details:
Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions (EAE) currently has operations management trainee opportunities available. The program provides training in plant operations, staffing/scheduling, environmental health and safety (EHS), operational efficiencies, and asset maintenance/integrity/capital planning.
This is a unique opportunity to be chosen for a leadership development path within Ergon. Candidates must be willing to listen to feedback, learn, and take on assignments that will stretch their abilities.
