Job Summary

This role will drive data-driven process improvement initiatives across global supply chain operations by combining business analytics, automation, modern data technologies, and workflow optimization. The individual contributor will partner cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, develop scalable solutions, and enable better decision-making through data, dashboards, analytics platforms, and automation.

This position is ideal for someone who can bridge business and technical teams-translating operational challenges into actionable insights and implementing scalable solutions that improve performance, productivity, decision-making, and user adoption. The role will leverage modern cloud-based analytics, data engineering, and AI-enabled technologies to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Principal ResponsibilitiesProcess Improvement & Transformation
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across global supply chain processes
  • Design and implement scalable process improvements aligned to business priorities
  • Define success metrics and track impact of process changes
  • Partner with business and technical teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve operational performance
Business Intelligence & Insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical frameworks
  • Build data models, KPIs, and performance tracking methodologies
  • Translate data into actionable insights to support business decision-making
  • Leverage enterprise data platforms and modern analytics technologies to improve visibility and decision support
  • Support the development of scalable data solutions that improve accessibility, quality, and business value
Automation, Data Platforms & Advanced Tools
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual or repetitive workflows
  • Deliver solutions using tools such as Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), data pipelines, cloud-based data platforms, or similar technologies
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support analytics, reporting, and data integration initiatives
  • Support adoption of modern analytics, AI-enabled tools, and intelligent automation solutions (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and similar technologies where applicable)
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through automation, analytics, and AI
Required
  • Experience in business process improvement, analytics, supply chain, or operations roles
  • Strong skills in Power BI or similar visualization and analytics tools
  • Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
  • Experience working with large datasets, data models, and analytical frameworks
  • Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes
Preferred
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
  • Exposure to cloud-based data and analytics platforms (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, modern analytics environments)
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics solutions
  • Familiarity with data integration, data engineering, or enterprise reporting environments
  • Background in sales, supply chain, operational analytics, or business operations


Work Experience:

  • Typically 6+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.


Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
