What You'll Do:
  • Oversee a team of DOT CDL Drivers, Administrative Support, Material Handlers, and Sales Associates within an assigned geographic area.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with all DOT regulations and federal, state, and local laws.
  • Drive operational efficiency-from inventory management to customer service excellence.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless delivery of products.
  • Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
  • Manage expenses, logistics, and workforce planning for optimal productivity.

What You'll Bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in distribution/warehouse operations (bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills-ability to engage employees and set clear goals.
  • Expertise in process improvement, problem-solving, and efficiency optimization.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data.
