Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Operations Excellence Leader to join our team . The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive operational excellence across Talent Acquisition by optimizing processes, governance, and service delivery outcomes.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and scalability across recruiting operations.

  • Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and external providers to strengthen Talent Acquisition capabilities and support strategic priorities.

  • Develop and monitor performance metrics that enable data-driven decisions and measurable business impact.

  • Champion innovative solutions and emerging technologies to improve recruiting effectiveness and operational performance.

  • Guide cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives on time and within scope.

  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, best practice adoption, and continuous learning across Talent Acquisition teams.

  • Enhance hiring manager, candidate, and Talent Acquisition team experiences through process improvements that increase effectiveness and satisfaction.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition operations, leveraging industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to improve organizational effectiveness.

  • Champion the responsible use of AI within Talent Acquisition Operations to support innovation, efficiency, and informed decision-making.

  • Utilize data analytics, visualization, and business insights to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and measure organizational impact.

  • Preferred experience applying process excellence methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean, or similar frameworks, to drive sustainable improvements.

  • Strengthen operational standards through effective management of policies, processes, systems, tools, supplier partnerships, and service level expectations.

  • Lead the design and delivery of training, capability-building, and change management initiatives that support adoption and long-term success.

  • Demonstrate strong collaboration, adaptability, communication, and stakeholder management skills while working across diverse teams and global environments.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational discipline that enhances experiences for hiring managers, candidates, and Talent Acquisition team members.

  • Preferred proficiency in leveraging digital technologies and business applications to optimize work processes and support strategic Talent Acquisition objectives.
