Service & Front Desk 
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson fur Kolleg:innen, Gaste, Dienstleister und Lieferanten 
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen und reibungslosen Office-Alltags 
Administrative & kaufmannische Aufgaben / Organisation & Koordination 
  • Abwicklung operativer Prozesse (z.B. Bestellungen, Rechnungen, Organisation) 
  • Planung und Vorbereitung von Meetings, Reisen und internen Ablaufen 
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen sowie externen Partnern und Dienstleistern 
Prozess- und Organisationsentwicklung 
  • Weiterentwicklung zentraler Office- und Serviceprozesse 
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen im Tagesgeschaft 
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen und Unterstutzung bereichsubergreifender Themen 
Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und mit einem hohen Ma an Initiative an komplexen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Dabei entwickelst du bestehende Prozesse aktiv weiter, bringst neue Ideen ein und sorgst fur effiziente und nachhaltige Ablaufe. 
Du priorisierst eigenstandig, triffst fundierte Entscheidungen im Tagesgeschaft und behaltst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Uberblick. Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinierst du unterschiedliche Ansprechpartner und bringst Themen strukturiert zur Umsetzung.
