Position Overview:

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Reston office and be the driving force behind a vibrant, efficient, and people-focused work environment.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making things run smoothly, loves building community, and wants to leave a positive mark on the employee experience. In this role, you’ll oversee facilities, support employee engagement, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our office runs like a well-oiled machine. 
Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Operations team, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities that support the organization.
  • Facilities Management: Manage office facilities and requests, order supplies, maintain kitchen stock and appliances, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Team Events and Culture Initiatives: Plan workplace culture initiatives, events, and employee engagement efforts. Spearhead Ofinno’s philanthropy program and facilitate volunteer events. Coordinate with marketing as necessary to broadcast events. Organize weekly Lunch & Learns.
  • Executive Support: Provide scheduling support for CTO and CEO’s calendars, including internal and external meetings. Manage meeting logistics and travel arrangements for CTO and CEO as needed.
  • Operations Team Support: Partner with HR, Business Operations, IT, and the leadership team on special projects to enhance the overall employee experience.  
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 1+ years of operations, hospitality, or customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortably engaging with all levels of the organization
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to building a positive workplace culture
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with vendors and manage facilities
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
