Regional Director of Operations & Strategy – Healthcare Services (Washington, DC Metro Area)

We’re seeking a strategic and people-driven leader to take on a high-impact role as Regional Director of Operations & Strategy within a mission-oriented healthcare organization. In this role, you’ll oversee the performance and leadership of approximately 10 care centers across the DC metro area, guiding a team of over 200 professionals. With full responsibility for a $30–$50 million P&L, you’ll drive excellence in operational outcomes and patient experience.

This opportunity is ideal for a leader who thrives on complexity, excels at building high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering results in a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support operations across a portfolio of care centers
