Location: Holiday Inn, 434 Chestnut Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Representative to join our team at the Holiday Inn in downtown Chattanooga. If you’re passionate about hospitality, committed to delivering top-tier guest service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth

  • Check guests in and out using proper procedures

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest inquiries

  • Make and manage reservations

  • Provide prompt and courteous service, resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
  • Previous hotel front desk experience required

  • Experience with Opera PMS is strongly preferred

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Must have open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
