Job Responsibilities
Channel & System Management
Update and manage daily rate and availability changes across all distribution channels.
Monitor all connected systems to ensure they are functioning properly, including reservation integrations and group block setup/maintenance.
Ensure alignment and accuracy across PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, OTAs, GDS, and other distribution platforms.
Content & Offer Management
Maintain updated and accurate content (texts, images, amenities, policies) on OTAs, GDS, and other third-party portals.
Set up offers, promotions, and packages across relevant systems and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful launch.
Distribute promotional details to all relevant departments to ensure proper execution and awareness.
Performance Monitoring, Auditing & Quality Assurance
Perform system audits in PMS/CRS and all third-party platforms to ensure rates, availability, and content follow contracts, agreements, and promotional guidelines.
Monitor channel performance, rate parity, and system discrepancies, escalating and correcting issues as needed.
Operational Support & Issue Resolution
Provide support in resolving hotel related issues within channel management systems and liaise with system vendors as necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute distribution channel rollouts, including new promotions and platform optimizations.
General
Carry out any other projects, duties, and responsibilities as assigned by the department.
Provide support on weekdays and weekends as required based on operational and business needs.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, Tourism, or related field.
Experience
- Prior hotel experience (front office, reservations, revenue, or operations) required.
- Familiarity with Oracle Opera PMS is a must, preferably with the ability to navigate and manage reservations, rates, inventory, and group blocks within the system.
Other Prerequisites
- Strong interest in hotel systems and distribution technology.
- Good Excel skills and comfort working with digital tools.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI is an advantage
