Job description

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
  • Answer phones and assist guests with questions, reservations, and requests.
  • Process reservations, payments, and guest transactions accurately.
  • Resolve guest concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records using Opera PMS.
  • Learn and utilize hotel systems, including Opera PMS and other technology platforms used in daily operations.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and IHG brand standards.
Schedule & Physical Requirements

Flexibility is required. This position is primarily scheduled for evening/night shifts and weekends, with availability on holidays as business needs require.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand and walk for extended periods, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and move throughout the hotel to support guests and daily operations.
