Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of nightly financial reports and balance sheets, maintaining the integrity of our accounting records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during nighttime hours, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage hotel security systems, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any immediate guest needs or facility issues.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
• Maintain a detailed log of nightly activities and incidents, providing clear communication for the day team.
• Assist in preparing and setting up breakfast service, ensuring a smooth transition for the morning shift staff and guests alike.
