Job description

Come join our 2x Audi Magna Elite championship team! Audi Cape Fear is a small but fast paced dealership dedicated to ease of doing business and an overall #Fearless customer experience. From transparency, market based pricing, process and inventory efficiency, we deliver an experience for customers that they can appreciate and enjoy. 

Sales Managers at Audi Cape Fear are responsible for lot/inventory management, (including recon, detail, merchandising and turn rate), sales personnel, process, training, customer satisfaction, forecasts, rebates, and exceeding objectives. Must operate the sales department as a business.

5 years of previous successful sales management experience is required. Active experience desired. Experience as an F&I manager and experience within the luxury segment are huge pluses.
