THIS ROLE
As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will start your day by reviewing current case assignments across multiple specialist teams, ensuring workloads are balanced and that project timelines are on track. Throughout the day, you'll work hand-in-hand with Implementation Project Managers to optimize resource allocation and facilitate the seamless execution of enterprise deployments. When high-risk deployments arise, you'll become the go-to escalation point, resolving complex technical challenges and maintaining uncompromising quality standards. You will take full ownership of team training and development, keeping everyone up to speed on the latest Alliance HCM product updates, compliance regulations, and industry best practices. Your day will also include evaluating and refining deployment methodologies, identifying friction points, and leveraging automation tools to scale onboarding operations. Finally, you'll generate and analyze key performance reports, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to continually improve our onboarding process.
Client Onboarding Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, HR tech, or software deployments
  • 3+ years of direct people management and team leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of capacity planning and resource allocation methodologies
  • Experience using data, CRM platforms, and KPIs to drive measurable process improvement
  • Ability to navigate and de-escalate complex, high-stress project risks

Preferred:
  • Experience managing cross-functional specialist teams across multiple implementation domains simultaneously
  • Familiarity with HCM platforms such as UKG, Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, or iSolved
  • Familiarity with building or standardizing implementation playbooks and operational frameworks
