Front Desk Office Assistant
Prestigious Hunt Club is seeking a friendly and service orientated person to join our amazing front desk office team!
Assists members and their guests in all front office related areas in an efficient, courteous and professional manner that maintains high standards of service and hospitality. This position is one of our initial faces of the club and is held to a high standard.
Brief Job Description-
Receptionist:
  • Register member & guest accommodations; complies with special requests whenever possible
  • Thoroughly understands and follows proper credit, cash-checking and cash handling policies and procedures
  • Operates and manages front office equipment
  • Uses proper telephone etiquette
  • Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area
  • Interacts with members answering questions, solving problems, overseeing services and cleanliness and showing the ranch to visitors
  • Responds to member billing inquiries
  • Performs general office tasks not limited to word processing and dictation
  • Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her supervisors

Reports to: Office Manager or On Call Manager if direct report in not available
